Coverage decisions and product recommendations are made by licensed agents based on individual client circumstances and applicable carrier guidelines.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Our services may integrate with third-party providers, including insurance carriers and lead vendors. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third parties. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their respective terms and policies.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brightstone Life will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
